A taxonomic revision of Taraxacum sect. Macrocornuta is presented. The group dominates dry, often semiruderal habitat in the Irano-Turanian region. Forty names were revised and 14 taxa were accepted. Four of them are widespread sexually reproducing taxa, ten exhibit agamospermy, two of the latter were described as new.
