Nejprve si vymezí různé přístupy ke studiu spravedlnosti – deskriptivní, explanační a normativní a poté do tohoto kontextu situuje dané téma. Dále se z pohledu deskriptivního i explanačního zaměří na principy spravedlnosti, podle kterých se řídí distribuce nedostatkových zdrojů, jako jsou například zásluha, potřeba, talent, výkon či efektivita. Description in English The paper deals with the allocation principles of justice which are provided by local institutions. First, it delimitates the different approaches to study justice – descriptive, explanatory and normative ones and after that it forms a topic for this context.
