    AnnotationCapillary electrophoresis (CE) has been applied to qualitative and quantitative analysis of synthetic strongly cationic antimicrobial peptides – halictines. In addition, the dependence of effective electrophoretic mobility and effective charge of peptides on pH was determined by CE.
