AnnotationPorous ceramics is modeled as random set of overlapping cubic grains. It is a two–component system with percolated both grains and pores. Dielectric properties were analyzed using the spectral representation of permittivity. It was shown that the permittivity is well described by the semi-empirical Lichtenecker formula. The calculations were done using the finite element method.
