    AnnotationThe effect of the two-dimensional periodical pattering of the nanocrystalline diamond layer on the intrinsic diamond photoluminescence (PL) is studied. We obtained high enhancement of the PL extraction efficiency from the layer due to outcoupling of guided modes.
