In this contribution we study details of the charge transport in the polypyrol-diamond system by measuring the mobility and sheet concentration of holes at the polypyrol-diamond interface.

V uvedené práci se věnujeme studiu transportu náboje na rozhraní polyryrol-diamant měrením pohyblivosti a koncentrace nosičů náboje.
