    AnnotationThe aim of this work was to elaborate a method combining the high concentrating potential of capillary isotachophoresis with high selectivity potential of capillary zone electrophoresis for the determination of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate in human serum. For coupling of ITP(-CZE) with MS, a new interface was developed and tested in ITP-ITP mode.
