To dissect the major determinants of left ventricular mass (LVM), we combined expression quantitative trait locus and quantitative trait transcript analyses of the cardiac transcriptome in the rat. Using these methods and in vitro functional assays, we identified osteoglycin (Ogn) as a major candidate regulator of rat LVM
Pro odhalení hlavních genetických determinant hmotnosti levé komory srdeční jsme u srdečního transkriptomu použili kombinaci analýzy expresních lokusů kvantitativních znaků s analýzou transkriptů kvantitativních znaků.
