Description in English The developed method makes use of fractions prepared from blood of the inbred mice of the strain C3H (H2K) and from human malignant tumors with the aid of HPGC as antigens in the modified ELISA test for determination of specific antibodies in human serum. The method can be used for investigation of development of malignant process and for study of the effect of electromagnetic field on humans.
