A systematic investigation dealing with an application of separation methods (1-D, 2-D gel electrophoresis, afinity chromatography) and MALDI-TOF MS for the analysis of important biopolymers - carbohydrates (neutral, charged), proteins and glycoproteins is reported here.
Disertační práce představuje systematickou studii zabývající se aplikací separačních metod (1-D, 2-D gelové elektroforézy, afinitní chromatografie) a MALDI-TOF hmotnostní spektrometrie na analýzu důležitých biopolymerů, mezi něž patříli sacharidy (neutrální, kyselé), proteiny a glykoproteiny.
