Opakované novelizace části insolvenčního práva ukazují nejen bezradnost zákonodárce, ale také jeho nekoncepčnost. Snaha znovu a znovu měnit zejména právní úpravu oddlužení, aniž by se zohlednila dostupná data, poškozuje nejen věřitele, ale také dlužníky. Článek poukazuje na rozmazávání systému a jeho posouvání do míst, kde insolvenční právo nemá hrát významnou roli.

Repeated amendments to parts of the insolvency law show not only the cluelessness of the legislator, but also its lack of concept. In particular, the attempt to amend the legislation on debt settlement again and again without taking into account the available data harms not only creditors but also debtors. The article points to the blurring of the system and its shift to places where insolvency law should not play a significant role.
