Description in English By combining two elution modes (reverse phase and extrusion), a process of continuous isolation by high performance countercurrent chromatography (CCC) for the isolation of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and docosapentaenoic acid n-6 (DPA n-6) in the form of ethyl esters from microalgae oil was developed. Schizochytrium limacinum. The performance of the algal oil treatment alone was 1.149 g / h, while the efficiency per gram of the two target substances was 1.110 g / h. For separations, it was evaluated in terms of environmental risk and process evaluation factors. From the point of view of biorefinery, this separation strategy using CCC represents the first pilot production model for the simultaneous isolation of DHA and DPA n-6 from microalgae Workplace Institute of Microbiology Contact Eliška Spurná, eliska.spurna@biomed.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 231 Year of Publishing 2021 Electronic address http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0322477
