Annotation	Ověřená technologie popisuje podrobný návod přípravy scintilačních InGaN /GaN heterostruktur vhodných pro výrobu rychlých scintilačních stínítek pro detekci elektronů. Soubor dokumentů se skládá reglementu, 26 pracovních instrukcí a protokolu o ověření technologie. Reglement obsahuje specifikaci vstupních materiálů, seznam jednotlivých technologických kroků a jejich stručný popis. Podrobný popis pracovních kroků lze nalézt v jednotlivých pracovních instrukcích. Porovnání změřených a požadovaných vlastností vzorků připravených touto technologií je uveden v protokolu o ověření technologie.
Description in English	Certified technology describes in detail preparation of InGaN/GaN scintillation heterostructure suitable for production of fast scintillating shield for electron detection. The set of documents consist of regalement, 26 work instructions and report of technology certification. Regalement contains specification of input materials, list of technological and characterization steps and their brief description. Detailed description of each step can be found in particular work instruction. Comparison of required and measured properties of samples prepared according to this technology is shown in Report of technology certification.
