Navrženou kombinací sad primerů lze stanovit přítomnost jednotlivých alel genů v genomu chmele nejen českých odrůd, ale i světového sortimentu a šlechtitelského materiálu.
A combination of primer sets for the detection of genetic polymorphism of Czech hop varieties based on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was created. Sets of primers were localized in genes WRKY1, CMPS, LAR, CaEFh and Myb1. Detection of the Czech hop varieties can be achieved clearly, rapidly and accurately based on the polymorphism in the coding regions of selected genes, in comparison to previous methods based on the ETS-SSR. The proposed combination of primer sets can determine the presence of alleles of genes in the genome of hop not only in Czech varieties but also in the world-wide hop varieties and breeding material.
