Hlavními příspěvky přednesenými na workshopu byly: Tvorba, interpretace a aplikace ústavy – vliv a význam zahraničních vzorů; Zahraniční vzory v československém ústavodárném procesu po roce 1989; Zahraniční inspirace a jejich nositelé při vytváření současné české ústavy; Úloha medzinárodních lidskoprávních dokumentů v procesu přijímání nových ústav; Formy a dilemy medzinárodnej asistencie v ústavodarnom procese v minulosti a dnes.

The main contributions presented at the workshop were: The Creation, Interpretation and Application of the Constitution – the Impact and Significance of Foreign Models; Foreign Models in the Czechoslovak Constitutional Process after 1989; Foreign Inspiration and its Representatives in the Creation of the Current Czech Constitution; The Role of International Human Rights Documents in the Process of New Constitutions Adoption; The Forms and Dilemmas of International Assistance in the Constitutional Process in the Past and Nowadays.
