Recenze ukazuje, jak Heidegger vykládal Anaximandrův výrok. Tento výrok v sobě nese myšlenku zániku "podle nutnosti", kterému podléhají věci v běhu času, když jsou vydány všanc "bezpráví". Heidegger dovozuje, že i samu bytnost dějin a člověka je třeba myslet "z bytí samého". Podařilo se mu zde osvobodit pojem bytí z jeho významu pouhého nejvšeobecnějšího pojmu.

The review points out how Heidegger expounded the Anaximander's phrase. This phrase gathers the thought of decline "according to the need", to which the things give up to in the course of history when they are delivered over to the "unfit". Heidegger concludes that the very essence of history and human is to be thought "with a view to the being itself". He succeded here in twisting free the notion of being of its meaning of mere most sweeping notion.
