Adsorption of biopolymers at the metal surface can be followed by electrochemical and optical methods. Fibrinogen is better adsorbed at the titanium surface which is treated by polishing and etching than at the surface treated only by polishing.
Adsorbce biopolymerů na kovových površích může být sledována elektrochemickými či optickými metodami. Zjistili jsme, že fibrinogen se lépe váže na povrch upravený leštěním a leptáním nežli na povrch upravený jen leštěním.
