Glucocorticoids and mineralocorticoids modulate cardiovascular homeostasis. Rats exposed to chronic intermittent hypoxia increase marker of inflammation osteopontin, the oxidation of corticosterone to 11-dehydrocorticosterone and the level of 11HSD2 mRNA in both the myocardium and the isolated cardiomyocytes. The expression of glucocorticoid and mineralocorticoid receptors was not changed

Glukokortikoidy a mineralokortikoidy modulují kardiovaskulární homeostázu. Exprese glukokortikoidních a mineralokortikoidních receptorů nebyla změněna
