    We demonstrated that membrane-associated gamma-tubulin complexes are capable of initiating the formation of microtubules. The combined results of immunoprecipitation experiments, in vitro kinase asssays and pull-down experiments suggest that gamma-tubulin interacts with PI3K directly and that Fyn and PI3K might take part in the modulation of membrane-associated gamma-tubulin activities.

    Ukázali jsme, že membránově vázané komplexy gama-tubulinu umožňují iniciaci tvorby mikrotubulů. Z výsledků vyplývá, že Fyn a PI3K mohou hrát roli v modulaci aktivity mebránově vázaného gama-tubulinu.
