This work summarizes cytogenetic observations in recently formed Tragopogon and Spartina allopolyploids. In the former considerable chromosomal imbalances between parental genomes were observed, while in the latter we find evidence of hybridisation between polyploids and diploids.

V této práci jsme shrnuli poznatky o chromosomální struktuře recentních polyploidních druhů Tragopogon a Spartina. Zjišťujeme, že u druhu Tragopogon se projevuje nerovnoměrné rozložení homeologních chromosomů v jádře, zatímco u druhu Spartina nacházíme důkazy o zpětné hybridizaci mezi polyploidními a diploidními druhy.
