A monitoring system for .I.Cameraria ohridella./I. males based on a synthetic pheromone was tested in the Czech Republic, France and Greece. We concluded that C. ohridella has typically three generations per year. The pheromone monitoring can determine population densities or detect the pest in uninfected areas.
