    AnnotationAdvantage of the tunneling spectroscopic technique in EC STM is shown. Applications of distance tunneling spectroscopy and voltage tunneling spectroscopy in situ are discussed in detail. Their use in the electrochemical study of Au and a single crystal anatase is presented.
