A hybrid gaseous-liquid pulsed positive corona discharge generator has been recently developed in IPP labs.Basic characteristics of corona generator are as follows.Metallic electrode system of the device consists of the plate cathode completely immersed in water and spherical anode few centimeters above the water surface.
