Yeast Pdr5p and Snq2p belong to the protein group of ABC transporters mediating yeast pleiotropic drug resistance (Pdr transporters). We show that the absence of the two Pdr transporters leads to global change of mutant strain metabolism
Kvasinkové proteiny Pdr5p a Snq2p patří do skupiny ABC transportérů, které zprostředkovávají rezistenci ke xenobiotikům (pleiotropic drug resistance, Pdr). Práce dokládá, že nepřítomnost uvedených Pdr transportérů vede ke globální změně metabolismu těchto mutantních kmenů
