This work is focused on the applications of a simple absorbance microplate reader in cation transporters research. The two main methods involved are measuring of growth-curves and monitoring the pH changes of medium using colourful pH indicators
Tato práce je zaměřena na využití readeru mikrotitračních destiček ve výzkumu funkce přenašečů draslíku. Hlavními použitými metodami bylo měření růstových křivek a sledování změn pH média pomocí barevných indikátorů
