We studied whether the rats are able to make spatial choices in the real environment based on the abstract visual stimuli. We tried to find out whether they perceived configuration of stimuli as simple geometrical pattern or whether they processed it as spatial information.

Sledovali jsme, zda jsou potkani schopni orientace v reálném prostoru podle abstraktní vizuální informace prezentované na počítačovém monitoru. Tento vizuální stimul je navržen jako reprezentace prostoru, ve kterém potkan odpovídá. Sledovali jsme, zda se to liší od situace, kdy byly prezentovány jednoduché geometrické tvary bez prostorové informace.
