Kniha se pokouší uchopit akcionářské dohody jako komplementární prvek soukromého práva, který stojí na pomezí smluvního a věcného práva. Description in English The book monographs shareholder agreements as an important element of the business company world. Not only does it define the very notion of shareholder agreements, but in particular it shows their function in the corporate governance of the company. At the same time, the limits that Czech and Slovak law must comply with are presented. The usability of shareholder agreements in the exercise of shareholder rights is also analyzed. The book attempts to grasp shareholder agreements as a complementary element of private law that stands between contractual and substantive law.
