The CDR panel consisted of leading foreign experts in related fields, chaired by Dr. Carlos Silva from Instituto de Plasmas e Fusão Nuclear (Portugal). The aim of the meeting was to review the conceptual design of the set of electric probe diagnostics and manipulators, consisting of the probes embedded in limiters, of the divertor probes, of the horizontal manipulator, of the X-point manipulator and the divertor manipulator.
