Konference se zaměřila na současný právní rámec a aktuální vývoj problematiky. Představila také prvky etické infrastruktury doporučené mezinárodními organizacemi, možnosti podpory a rozvoje etické kultury ve služebních úřadech a konečně vizi dalšího vývoje. Mezi jinými na konferenci vystoupili náměstek ministra vnitra pro státní službu Petr Hůrka a státní tajemník Ministerstva dopravy Martin Vavřina.
The conference participants discussed the current legal framwork and recent developments in the area of civil service ethics in the Czech Republic. The speakers included Petr Hůrka, the Deputy Minister of Interior, and Martin Vavrina, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport.
