Annotation	Workshop je určen široké vědecké veřejnosti a klade si za cíl poskytnout informace o složení kolagenu, jeho struktuře, stabilitě a jeho odolnosti. Představuje také analytické metody pro jeho analýzu. Dále se zabývá možností aplikací matematických modelů pro popis vztahu mezi strukturou kolagenu a jeho reologických vlastností.
Description in English	The workshop is intended for the general scientific public and aims to provide information on the composition of collagen, its structure, stability and its resistance. It also presents analytical methods for its analysis. It also deals with the possibility of applying mathematical models to describe the relationship between the structure of collagen and its rheological properties.
