AnnotationSpectroscopic and laser characteristics of Er-doped Gd3Ga3Al2O12 (Er: GGAG) are presented in the temperature range 80-340 K. The significant influence of crystal temperature on resonantly diode pumped Er: GGAG laser, emitting at 1648nm, was observed.
