Annotation	The 15th International Interdisciplinary Meeting on Bioanalysis, CECE 2018, was held in Brno, in the Czech Republic in October 15-17. The multidisciplinary meeting, covering modern bioanalytical technology and applications, was organized by the Institute of Analytical Chemistry in Brno. The interdisciplinary nature of the CECE is highly praised by the speakers and participants who enjoy talking to experts coming from instrumentation, biology and separation sciences. Besides the oral presentations the conference is complemented by a poster session highly attended by students and young researchers and one day of young scientists lectures. This year the meeting included 25 oral and 59 poster presentations.
