Optimální i z hlediska možné verifikace závěrů se jeví systematický a cílený výzkum tam, kde je možná vzájemná komparace výsledků studia pramenů z více lokalit a z různých časových horizontů. Takovou možnost poskytuje historické jádro Čech s nejstaršími přemyslovskými centry. K dlouhodoběji zde řešeným tématům náleží zvl. budování archeologické chronologie pomocí dendrochronologie a 14C a komparace jejich výsledků, rekonstrukce životního prostředí, surovinových zdrojů i rostlinné složky výživy (geoarcheologie, archeobotanika) či např. studium technologie zpracování kovů nebo keramiky. To vede ke komplexnosti poznání minulosti a jeho významným posunům. Description in English Along with new possibilities, interdisciplinary research places high demands on interdisciplinary communication, qualified criticism of the information value of sources, and the choice of topics and selection criteria of the subjects of research. Systemic and targeted research appears to be optimal, also from the point of view of possible verification of results, where the results of resource studies from multiple locations and various time periods can be compared. The historic centre of Bohemia with the earliest Přemyslid strongholds provides such possibility. The development of an archaeological chronology with the help of dendrochronology and 14C are one of the main long-term topics including the comparison of their results, other key topics are reconstruction of environment, sources of raw materials, vegetable components of nutrition (geoarchaeology, archaeobotany), and research of metal and ceramics processing technology. All of this leads to complex knowledge about the past and its significant profoundness.
