Příspěvek upozorňuje v přehledných tezích na skutečnost, že vietnamská menšina v ČR je jednak strukturálně členitá společnost, ale především že je rozkročená mezi Vietnamem a ČR. Stává se moderní vietnamskou středoevropskou diasporou. Vzhledem k této skutečnosti se zdá, že je na stole otázka hledat koordinovaný zájem (v příspěvku nazývaný termínem „péče“) o zdejší menšinu ze strany obou států: Vietnamu a ČR.

The paper draws attention in clear propositions to the fact that the Vietnamese minority in the Czech Republic is structurally segmented society, but above all it is straddled between Vietnam and the Czech Republic. Vietnamese minority becomes a modern Central European diaspora. Given this fact, it seems that the issue is on the table to seek a coordinated interest (in the paper called the term "care") of the local minority on the part of both countries: Vietnam and the Czech Republic.
