Chlolylamido-benzhydrazony obecných vzorců I, II a III a jejich využitelné soli, kde významy obecných substituentů jsou uvedeny v popisné části. Tyto konjugáty se skládají z biologicky aktivní skupiny (hydrazon) a části zvyšující její biodostupnost (kyselina cholová) a mají cytostatický účinek a lze jich použít k přípravě léčiv pro léčbu nádorových onemocnění.

In the present invention, there are disclosed 4-(cholylamido)benzhydrazones of the general formulae II, III, their usable salts, and I where the meanings of the general substituents are indicated in the description part. These conjugates consist of a biologically active group (hydrazone) and a portion enhancing bioaccessability thereof (cholic acid), exhibit cytostatic effect and can be therefore used for the preparation of medicaments intended for the treatment of tumor diseases.
