    The spin-disorder resistivity of transition metal ferromagnets (Fe, Co, Ni), rare-earth ferro-magnet Gd, and Ni2 MnSn Heusler alloy is determined from first principles in the framework of the disordered loval moment and Kubo-Greenwood transport theory. A good agreement between theory and experiment was obtained.
