The library implements parallel solution of systems of linear algebraic equations arising from finite element simulations using multilevel BDDC (Balancing Domain Decomposition by Constraints) algorithm. It is intended for very large number of processors, where it is not feasible to solve the coarse problem of ordinary BDDC exactly. It is meant to be used by users' applications by a sequence of calls to a simple interface.
