AnnotationWe have studied in details sample self-stacking in the most often used electrolyte systems in CZE - borate and phosphate. Then, evaluation of the analysis record can be quite difficult and false results can easily be obtained. Processes leading to improper results will be described, and demonstrated both experimentally and by computer simulations for anionic and also cationic analyses.
