We analysed cell phase specific apoptosis by flow cytometry using detection of cleaved cytokeratin 18 (antibody M30) combined with propidium iodide staining of DNA. Next, type of cell death (apoptosis vs. necrosis) was resolved employing Live/Dead fixable stain and anti-active-caspase-3 antibody.
Analyzovali jsme apoptózu s ohledem na fáze buněčného cyklu pomocí detekce štěpení cytokeratinu 18 (protilátka M30) v kombinaci s barvením DNA propidium jodidem. Dále jsme sledovali typ buněčné smrti (apoptóza vs. nekróza) pomocí Live/Dead fixable stain a protilátky proti aktivní kaspáze 3.
