This paper reports the isolation and polymorphism characterization of four plastid indels and six nuclear microsatellite loci in the invasive plant Heracleum mantegazzianum. It also demonstrates very good transferability of markers to Heracleum sphondylium.

Článek představuje izolaci a polymorfismus čtyř plastidových a šesti jaderných mikrosatelitů pro invazní bolševník velkolepý. Také ukazuje použitelnost těchto markerů pro bolševník obecný.
