Experimental results of measurements of cold sensitive tubulin mutants tub2-401 and tub2-406 of Saccharomyces cerevisiae are presented. Frequency dependence of electromagnetic activity in the frequency range 8-9MHz displayed equidistant peaks that coincide with theoretical mode frequencies derived from dispersion relation for microtubules.
