    Leukocyte Adherence Inhibition (LAI) test is an in vitro assay used as a measure of the cell mediated immunity of T lymphocytes. Single exposure to the magnetic field 50 Hz, 1 or 10 mT for 60 min significantly alters LAI test results based on adherence properties of T cells: decreases and increases the number of adherent T cells taken from heatlhy humans and cancer patient, respectively.
