In this work we introduce a new Langmuir probe diagnostic that measures ion temperature, electron temperature, and parallel ion current density simultaneously and with high temporal resolution. This segmented tunnel probe was built and tested in CASTOR. We present radial profiles of the fluctuating plasma parameters in the CASTOR tokamak using calibrations obtained from the PIC simulations.
