Článek se věnuje úpravě svěřenského fondu v České republice. Zejména přínosný je popis vznikání kodifikace svěřenského fondu v novém občanském zákoníku, ve srovnání s úpravou québeckou, která sloužila české úpravě za vzor.
The article is focused on the legislative aspects of the trusteeship fund in the Czech Republic; of particular significance is the description of how the trusteeship fund has been codified in the new Civil Code as compared with the legislation of Québec which served as a pattern for Czech codification.
