Most of the Colloquiumfests have been small scale low budget meetings. They were organized by varying organizers at venues around the world, such as the Institut Henri PoincarĂ© in Paris, the CUNY Graduate Center in New York, Bogazici University in Istanbul, the Universities of Valladolid, of Heidelberg, and of Hawaii. Since 2010 the Colloquiumfest has joined forces with the biannual Czech, Polish and Slovak Conference Series on Number Theory, which created the ALaNT series. The meetings focus on topics in valuation theory, real algebra, field arithmetic, algebraic geometry and model theory.
