Kapitola se zabývá analýzou evropského modelu sociálního státu na základě jeho čtyř národních podob, a to České republiky, Německa, Španělska a Švédska. Pojednává o skutečném významu ústavní regulace sociálních práv v těchto zemích a o ústavní ochraně fyzické osoby během sociálních reforem.

The chapter analyses the European model of a social state based on its four national forms, i.e. that of the Czech Republic, Germany, Spain and Sweden. It tackles the true significance of the constitutional regulation of social rights in these countries, and the constitutional protection of natural persons in the course of social reforms.
