    The UN International Law Commission consists of 34 members who shall be persons of rerognized competence in international law. They are elected for five years by the General Assembly from the list of candadates nominated by the Governments of States Memberships of the United Nations. No two members of the Commission shall be nationals of the same State. Last year were elected 11 new members and two other members which served before. The Commission meets for its sessions at the European Office in Geneva, beeing usually length of ten weeks and make efforts to find the best solution for urgent problems of international law.
