The aim of this study was to observe differences in TRAIL-induced apoptosis during non-adherent and adherent cultivation, and investigate the mechanisms involved.
Cílem studie bylo sledovat rozdíly v apoptóze indukované TRAIL během adherentní a neadherentní kultivace. Zároveň také hledat příslušné mechanizmy zahrnuté v těchto procesech.
