AnnotationWe report on first results of the atmospheric RF barrier torch discharge technique applied for fabrication of nominally pure a doped ZnO thin films and their spectral ellipsometry and luminescence studies. The main attention was paid to the technology developments and optimization for ZnO films fabrication with reproducible properties, and their dependence on Al and Mn doping, films structure and grain size.
