AnnotationPrepared biochars were then tested as sorbents for removal of three various pollutants commonly found in waters, acetaminophen the one of the most common analgesic and antipyrotic drugs and the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, naproxen and diclofenac. To better understanding of sorption mechanism the points of zero charge of sorbents were determined for all three types biochar as well their texture properties surface by nitrogen adsorption and mercury porozimetry as well FTIR analysis.
